Confirmed quotation arrangements
Site surveys and quotations are free. Work is quoted on a fixed-price basis for the agreed scope. Card and bank transfer are accepted; cash is not accepted.
Clients arrange planning applications. RW manages building control inspections and sign-off for applicable construction work.
A 15-year structural guarantee is confirmed for new works, subject to written terms. Coverage and exclusions must be checked in the project documentation; this is not blanket cover for every repair or finish.
Details required for final terms
The guarantee document, deposit arrangements, payment milestones, changes, cancellation provisions, dispute arrangements and other contractual conditions remain unconfirmed. This summary does not replace an agreed quotation, written contract or statutory rights.
