Ryan founded RW Brickwork & Construction LTD around three years ago, bringing nine years of building industry experience to work on people’s homes. Based in Whitchurch, the team works across Whitchurch, Chester, Nantwich, Malpas, South Cheshire and Shrewsbury.
Our residential services range from extensions, new builds and renovations to repointing, brickwork and garden walls. Hard landscaping includes patios, paving, driveways and concrete works; fencing is not offered.
For extensions and new builds, RW manages the full project from groundworks through bricklaying, joinery, plumbing, electrics and flooring to the finished kitchen. Coordinating those stages gives you a clear place to discuss the build rather than treating each trade as an unrelated job.

Define the work before it starts
A clear agreed scope
Free surveys and fixed-price quotations give the project a defined starting point. Discuss preparation, finishes, access and any changes before assuming they are included.
Coordinated construction
Clients arrange planning applications. RW manages building control inspections and sign-off for the build where applicable; those responsibilities should be understood before work begins.
Written protection
RW has £10 million public liability insurance and confirms a 15-year structural guarantee on new works, subject to written terms. Ask which elements are covered; do not assume this applies to every repair or finish.
