Based in Whitchurch, building homes across Shropshire and South Cheshire.

Ryan founded RW Brickwork & Construction LTD around three years ago, bringing hands-on building experience to residential projects across Shropshire and South Cheshire.
With a team of four tradespeople, we take on extensions, new builds, renovations and specialist brickwork, as well as patios, driveways and garden walls.
For full builds, we coordinate the work from the ground up to your finished kitchen. You arrange your planning applications; we handle building control and sign-off.

Are surveys and quotations free?+
Yes. Site surveys and quotations are always free. Tell us about your project and we can discuss a visit.
Do you quote a fixed price?+
Yes. All work is quoted on a fixed-price basis, with the scope set out in your quotation.
Who arranges planning permission and building control?+
You are responsible for arranging your planning applications. We manage building control inspections and sign-off for the build.
Do you manage all the trades?+
For extensions and new builds, we manage the full project from groundworks through bricklaying, joinery, plumbing, electrics and flooring to the finished kitchen.
How can I pay?+
We accept card and bank transfer payments. Cash is not accepted. Your project's payment arrangements will be discussed with your quotation.
What does your landscaping service cover?+
Hard landscaping includes patios, paving, driveways, garden walls and concrete works. We do not offer fencing.
